PURPOSE:
To provide service excellence to customers by handling customer queries and complaints on line (by telephone).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Resolve incoming customer queries and complaints on line (by telephone) to ensure customer satisfaction, team and department targets are met.
 Ensure on line availability and number of calls handled achieves or exceeds targets in order to reduce the number of lost calls and therefore maintaining and exceeding customer service expectations
 Reach and maintain set department call quality levels and file resolution to ensure customer service levels are achieved and exceeded
 Reach and maintain file quality standards to ensure customer service levels are achieved and exceeded
 Effectively communicate with customers regarding resolution of queries and complaints to educate the customer and ensure customer service levels are maintained and exceeded

Highly Customer service oriented
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent problem solving skills
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise.
Excellent Communications skills ? Written & Spoken
Fluency in English language.
Previous experience working in an English speaking role.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft: Word & Excel
Hours: 5 / 7, 7am - 10pm
